If you’re looking for a therapist, I’d want you to know that therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, because you’re not broken. You don’t have to go through this season of life alone. I work with women and couples navigating the perinatal journey, from trying to conceive to pregnancy to the early postpartum months. I also work with those living with ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence. These are seasons and experiences that can bring great joy, grief, identity shifts, and relationship changes all at once.

In our work together, I’ll offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. We’ll explore what you need to feel more grounded, connected, and understood both within yourself and in your relationships.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you’re not broken and that you already have the capacity to heal and grow inside of you. I see my role as helping you slow down, tune in, and get curious about what’s going on inside, so you can understand yourself in a deeper and more compassionate way.

I believe change happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted for who we are. When you’re working with me, my hope is that you feel safe, understood, and free to bring your whole self into the room, even the messy or uncertain parts.

Healing is a process of coming home to yourself, feeling more connected to your own wisdom, more at peace with your story, and more able to show up in your relationships and life in a way that feels good to you.
