I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating burnout, mental load, caregiver fatigue, and the exhaustion of being a high-achiever or highly sensitive person (HSP). If patterns of stress and anxiety are running your relationships and you’re ready for something different, I’d be honored to walk alongside you toward the change you’re seeking.

It takes courage to admit when something isn’t working. Our work will honor that your patterns didn’t come from nowhere – most were the safest option you had at some point in your life. But growth also means reclaiming agency over your life. Wanting something different is a brave first step; doing something different is the work we’ll slowly wade into together.

My work with clients is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and diverse relationship structures.

My approach is rooted in family systems and experiential therapy. This means that we’ll pay attention to where your patterns really came from: not just what’s happening today, but the generations of relationships that taught you how to love, argue, and cope. We also won’t just talk about those patterns, we’ll work with them live in session, so change comes from the difference you actually experience in therapy, not just what you talk about.

Our time together will feel like a place where you can finally stop performing and bring your truest self. The parts you’ve learned to hide are often the most beautiful, most human ones, and they’re welcome here. Our work may not always feel comfortable, but you deserve to feel safe and accepted as we venture outside your comfort zone together.
