You are so much more than the things that have happened to you and you are worthy of the healing and peace you seek. Sometimes we feel held back from living as our whole selves and if you feel this way, I truly believe the work and discovery in therapy can be the safe space you may need to begin your healing. I see each person as a unique individual and in session together, we’ll be curious about the systems you’re a part of that create and maintain your ways of being and understanding the world. I am happy to work with clients who are trying to navigate complex relationships, identity, anxiety, and nurturing themselves after experiences of trauma, especially with women, LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and BIPOC folks seeking a safe and affirming space.
Our work together will be intentional and collaborative. At your own pace, we will learn to honor your whole self through exploring the feelings you may not understand, being curious about where you’ve learned what you know, and helping you to reconnect to yourself and your body. I believe you already have everything you need to begin your journey of healing, and together we will put those pieces together through challenging any limiting beliefs and bringing you closer to yourself.
