I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by conflict, or disconnected from themselves and each other. You may be carrying anxiety, relationship stress, family tension, or the weight of experiences that still affect how you move through life and relate to others. I offer a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood while beginning to make sense of what is not working. My hope is that through our work together, you feel more clear, more connected, and more confident in how you move forward.

I see therapy as a space to slow down and better understand the patterns that shape how we live, connect, and respond to stress. Often, people are not broken. They are repeating ways of coping, protecting themselves, or relating to others that made sense at one point, but no longer serve them. Whether I am working with an individual, a couple, or a family, I believe change begins with awareness, honesty, and the willingness to look beneath the surface.

I believe healing happens when we can better understand the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and to others, especially the ones that no longer serve us. Real change is not just about talking things through. It also comes from being willing to feel what is happening, take honest ownership, and make different choices in the ways we live and connect.

Sitting with me, I hope clients feel grounded, supported, and safe enough to be real. I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity into the room, and I will gently challenge what is no longer serving you. My goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more secure in their relationships, and more confident in their ability to move forward with intention.
